Little Asia is situated in Newcastle's China Town and is a hot pot buffet/Asian style cafe restaurant that serves a wide variety of quality Asian dishes and drinks.
For those who are not familiar with Hot Pot it consists of a metal pot of stock at the centre of the dining table. While the Hot pot is kept simmering ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical ingredients include thinly sliced meat, leaf vegetables and seafood. The cooked food is then usually eaten with a dipping sauce.
There's also a wide range of other dishes to enjoy, including crispy shredded chicken in Szechuan sauce, and deep fried tofu in satay sauce!
