Family owned for five generations, you know you're in for some delicious food at award-winning fish and chip restaurant Colmans.

Based in South Shields, the eatery recently set up a new space in Newcastle's iconic Fenwick department store - so now us Geordies needn't go as far as the coast to sample their tasty seafood anymore.

Their award-winning fish and chips are a must-try, naturally, but don’t miss out on the rest of their menu either – there’s dishes like mushy pea fritters, mackerel pâté and grilled salmon to feast on too.
