Your Geordie Jackpot generosity has been injected back into the city as NE1 unveils its new pop-up park.
Grey Street Gathering is the first city centre project paid for by the Geordie Jackpot and will take pride of place on Grey Street until October.
The tranquil new space will provide an away-from-it-all retreat in one of the city’s busiest, most beautiful streets; equipped with large planters, special seating areas and exercise sessions such as yoga and tai chi throughout the summer.
Bringing together local designers, builders and project managers including Colour, Unicorn Sheet Metal Works and ESH, we’re certain this pocket park in the heart of the city will steal the hearts of the people of Newcastle!
The Geordie Jackpot's new pop-up park will pack up in October, but will return every summer - meaning we have another new addition and even more reason to get excited about the sunny seasons in Newcastle!
