Angari Murg Tikka - Boneless Chicken breast cooked in clay oven, marinated in yoghurt, chilli and garlic and seasoned with herbs.

Kathi Kebab - Diced tender roast lamb, tossed with onions and tomatoes, well spiced, served in butter chapatti.

Tulsi Seekh - Minced lamb marinated with cheese, green chilli and home-made spices, garnished with basil.

Vegetable Chops - Spiced dumplings made of peas, carrots and beetroot, fried until crispy and served with chilli-garlic sauce.

Chicken Chat Masala - Spiced Hot, Sweet and Sour Chicken. Server with Puree and Salad.

Makkai Piayzi - Onion bhaji made with slices of fresh onion coriander and sweet corn in a seasoned gram flour batter.

Murgh Palak Methi - Tender morsels of chicken fillets cooked with fresh fenugreek and spinach.

Murgh Tikka Lababdar - Tandoori grilled chicken pieces in creamy fresh tomato, onion, gravy flavoured with ginger and garlic.

Railway Lamb Curry - Lamb cooked with potatoes flavoured with Garam masala and black pepper.

Achari Gosht - An Indian delicacy diced lamb cooked in ground spices, tomato, onion and chilli pickle. A North Indian dish.

Chingri Sagwala - Prawn and fresh spinach cooked with garlic, ginger, cumin herbs and spices.

Kashmiri Rogan Josh - Diced topside beef cooked in an enriched sauce of tomato, onion and flavoured with rattan jog and cardamom.

South Indian Fish Curry - Tilapia fish cooked with onion and tomato gravy, flavoured with South Indian roasted spices.

Pasanda Mughlai - Lamb cooked in fresh cream, cultured yoghurt with Almonds.

Paneer Masala - Paneer dices in a rich nutty, tomato and creamy gravy, flavoured with fenugreek and garam masala.

Tarkari Handi - A selection of Vegetables cooked in home style with Panch Phoron. (Five Spices)
