Run Down - Butter Beans, corn cob, carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, herbs & spices. Served with Caribbean dumplings.
Caribbean Curry Fish - Snapper Fillet cooked in a coconut curry sauce with garlic, ginger & scotch bonnet. Served with coconut shavings and sweet onion chutney.
Our Curry Goat - Marinated goat cooked in curry spices, scotch bonnet, citrus juice & ginger. Served with sweet onion chutney and Caribbean dumplings.
Jerk Chicken (½) - 24 hour marinated & grilled, with sour orange chutney and coconut shavings.
Spiced Chocolate Pot - Spiced chocolate with vanilla ice-cream.
Rum & Raisin Bread Pudding - Slow baked with dark rum, cinnamon raisins & brown sugar. Served with vanilla ice cream.
