Starter

Nachos - Melted cheese atop tortilla chips, finished with diced tomatoes, spring onions and jalapeños. Served with salsa and sour cream. 
Potstickers - Crispy pork dumplings with Asian slaw and chill ponzu.
Chicken Wings - 10 of our famous chicken wings, with your choice of sauce flavour. Choose from: Jack Daniels Bourbon, Golden Shark, Hot, Suicide, Teriyaki, Salt & Pepper, Smoked Parmesan, Korean BBQ, Sriracha Honey, Mexican Street. Served with with carrot sticks & blue cheese dip. 
Mini Mac Sliders - Three mini beef sliders with special sauce, American cheese, dill pickles & onions on sesame seed buns.
Calamari - Lightly breaded and tossed with pepper and sea salt. Served with a tzatziki and sweet chili sauce.

Tokyo Crisp Fish Burger - Panko breaded fillet, coriander & lime aioli with crunchy Asian slaw. Served with your choice of chips, garden salad, Caesar salad or feature soup. 
Shark Burger - Our house-made beef burger served on a brioche bun with roasted garlic aioli, signature relish, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles, fully loaded with streaky bacon, sautéed mushrooms, cheddar cheese & sautéed onions. Served with your choice of chips, garden salad, Caesar salad or feature soup. 
Italian Chicken Sandwich - Crispy chicken parmesan with melted mozzarella, roasted peppers, onions & tomato fondue and toasted ciabatta. Served with your choice of chips, garden salad, Caesar salad or feature soup. 
Four Cheese Pizza - Hand-stretched dough fresh to order topped with parmesan, mozzarella, brie and feta cheeses with tomato, garlic butter, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. 
Ginger Beef Rice Bowl - Sweet and spicy, with szechuan vegetables and jasmine rice.

Cheesecake - Deep-filled vanilla New York style cheesecake set on a butter biscuit crumb and dusted with icing sugar. 
Dark & Deadly Chocolate Cake - Double layered chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge, topped with rich chocolate mousse and served with whipped cream.
