French Onion Soup - Rustic French onion soup served with a sour-dough croûte and melted Comté cheese 

Calamari - sautéed in garlic, lemon and parsley with tartare sauce 

Rabbit and Pork Terrine - Rabbit, pork, pistachio and chicken liver terrine with grilled sourdough pain de campagne and apple chutney 

Warm Roquefort Salad - Endive, walnut and crouton salad served with a warm Roquefort cheese dressing (V) 

Mushroom Feuilleté - Warm puff pastry served with a creamy wild mushroom sauce (V)

Moules Normandes - Steamed mussels served with leeks, apple cider, crème fraîche, garlic and parsley

Mains 

Grilled Salmon Chargrilled salmon - Served with ratatouille and a lemon juice and olive oil dressing 

Half Chargrilled ‘Breton’ Chicken - Served with frites and Normandy butter with garlic, lemon and parsley 

Roast Pork Belly - Pan roasted pork belly served with gratin potato, braised Savoy cabbage, apples, thyme and Calvados jus 

Fish Parmentier - Cod, haddock, prawn and salmon in a creamy white wine and leek sauce, topped with mash potato and Gruyère cheese 

Goats Cheese Salad - Warm goats cheese and roasted vegetable salad served with black olive tapenade crostini (V) 

Ribeye Steak (£2.50 supplement) - Chargrilled 8oz Ribeye steak served with frites and garlic butter

Chocolate Mousse - Dark chocolate mousse (V)
