Margherita Pizza- Basil, Fior di Latte cheese, Parmigiana Reggiano DOP cheese, olive oil with a San Marzano tomato base.
Pesto Chicken Pizza - Chicken, goat's cheese, Fior di Latte cheese, cherry tomatoes and rocket, drizzled in pesto with a San Marzano tomato base.
Pepperoni Pizza - Fior di Latte cheese, fresh basil, pepperoni with a San Marzano tomato base.
Beef Ragu & Mozzarella Pizza- Slowly braised beef ragu & buffalo mozzarella
Fourshroom Pizza (v) - Chestnut, shiitake, king oyster & portobello mushroom, Fior di Latte cheese with a San Marzano tomato base.
Roasted vegetable (v) - Yellow, green and red peppers, courgette, aubergine, basil and Fior di Latte cheese with a San Marzano tomato base.
Mozzarella Panzanella- Tuscan Bread salad, tomato, celery, red onion, capers, black olives, torn basil, oregano and buffalo mozzarella.
Central Ceasar - Romaine lettuce, sourdough croutons, parmesan, anchovies, ceasar dressing.
