Starters

Roast tomato soup, basil oil. (VE)

Young goats’ cheese with smoked walnut, roast beetroot and honey dressing. (V)

Northumbrian ham terrine, pease pudding, pickles.

Smoked mackerel rillettes, pickled cucumber, crispy sourdough.

Mains

Pan-fried polenta chips, roast portobello mushroom & corn fricassee. (VE)

Pan-roasted chicken, potato rösti, greens, bacon.  

Poached salmon with charred cucumber, Heritage potatoes and wasabi mousseline sauce. 

Crispy pork belly with barbecued onions and creamy mash potato. 

Northumbrian Rump Steak with triple cooked chips and slow roast tomato (£5 supplement).

Desserts

Lemon cheesecake with yoghurt ice cream.

Strawberry jelly & meringue fool with shortcake ice cream.

Chocolate Delice and whipped coconut cream. (VE)
