Two new Equity Partners for Newcastle law firm
Newcastle law firm Burnetts Solicitors LLP has appointed two new Equity Partners.
Corporate Partner Jennifer Bell and Co-Head of Agri and Estates Mike Nicholls, have both joined the Equity Partnership.
Jennifer is a leading corporate lawyer advising private companies, owner‑managed businesses and management teams across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. She has a strong reputation for combining technical expertise with commercial insight and is also a trusted adviser on complex commercial contracts.
Mike has extensive experience in private client and property law. He deals with a wide range of matters and specialises in tax and estate planning, working closely with local accountants, tax advisers and financial advisers.
Both Jennifer and Mike play a key part in Burnetts’ bespoke Wealth and Succession Planning service.
Jennifer and Mike now join Burnetts’ nine existing Equity Partners and become part owners in the firm. Burnetts is one of the largest law firms in the North of England and employs over 160 people across Newcastle and Cumbria.
