The Children's Bookshow Announces Frank Cottrell-Boyce is Coming to Newcastle for a Performance for Years 5 & 6 at Theatre Royal

What would you do if you were marooned on a deserted island with five of your classmates, no teacher and no internet?
Award-winning author and screenwriter Frank Cottrell-Boyce has some ideas as he introduces you to his new novel, Noah's Gold, packed with mystery, adventure and laughs. Frank will teach you his top tips for writing a story and harnessing your creativity, read extracts from the book and answer questions from the audience. This event will inspire young writers and readers!
The Children's Bookshow is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Described by Michael Rosen as the “Glastonbury of children's literature”, we've organised theatre performances by some of the world's most renowned artists and illustrators in children's literature, filling out theatres across the country.
This year we have 15 award-winning artists and authors from the UK, France and US performing. Every child attending Frank's show receives a free copy of his book Noah's Gold.
Frank Cottrell-Boyce's show takes place at the Theatre Royal on Friday 7th October at 10:30am. To book tickets, visit https://thechildrensbookshow.com/performances/2022/frank-cottrell-boyce-performance.
