Santa Claus Comes to the Toon as Festive Line-Up Announced at Iconic City Centre Hotel
With the countdown to Christmas officially on, Royal Station Hotel, has announced a magical line-up of festive events and experiences for everyone from families and friends to four-legged guests to enjoy.
The iconic city centre hotel on Neville Street is set to be transformed into a joyous winter wonderland throughout the festive period, with a jam-packed schedule of events taking place from 22nd November 2025 right up until Christmas Eve.
From Afternoon Tea with Santa to magical meet and greets, Royal Station Hotel promises a truly unforgettable experience for the whole family this Christmas.
The Royal Santa Experience
A highlight in the hotel’s festive calendar, ‘Afternoon Tea with Santa’ returns to Royal Station Hotel this year. Families will be whisked away to the Elves’ Hideaway, where little ones can write letters to Santa before enjoying a decadent festive afternoon tea complete with hot chocolates and seasonal favourites.
The magic continues with enchanting stories, a sing-along with Santa, alongside a guided visit around Santa’s enchanting study. To round off the experience, children will deliver their letters to Santa and receive a special gift to take away. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture the special moment, ensuring lasting memories for years to come.
The 90-minute Royal Santa Experience will run on selected dates between Friday 22nd November and Tuesday 24th December, with sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Tickets for one adult and one child are available for £30.
Santa Meet and Photo – Family Experience
For those seeking a shorter but equally festive encounter, the ‘Santa Meet and Photo’ family experience promises lasting memories for the whole family. The experience begins with a visit to Santa’s festive study, where children can share their Christmas wishes, have their photo taken with Santa, and receive a special gift to treasure. As with The Royal Santa Experience, every family will receive a professional family photo to take home.
The Santa Meet and Photo Experience will run on selected dates between the 22nd November and 23rd December priced at £15 per child, with adults going free.
Santa Paws – Pet Experience
This Christmas, furry friends won’t be left behind, as pets can enjoy their very own festive moment with the ‘Santa Paws’ experience – a magical meet and greet for four-legged companions.
Pets and owners can enjoy a private meet and greet with the big man in red himself, complete with a professional pet photo with Santa and a special festive treat.
The Santa Paws experience is available for booking on selected dates between 22nd November and 23rd December and is priced at £15 per dog, with adults going free.
