RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Season 1, The Sickening Live Tour, to open in Newcastle
The contestants from RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Season 1, kick-off their national tour at Tyne Theatre & Opera House on Thursday 28th November 2019.
RuPaul’s Drag Race is bringing the nine-time Emmy Award-winning talent contest this side of the pond, for the first-ever UK Season of the hit TV show. The BBC Three show, that will begin airing from October 3rd, will feature TV personalities Alan Carr and Graham Norton as regular judges.
If that wasn’t enough to get excited about, Voss Events and World and Wonder are bringing all of the charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent of the UK queens to Newcastle for a sickening live show.
The UK Season 1 tour will be hosted by Drag Queen Extraordinaire Alyssa Edwards; star of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 5, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 2 and Netflix Original Series, Dancing Queen.
The tour will be a chance to see the RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Season 1 contestants serving up their best drag - including Baga Chipz, Blu Hydrangea, Cheryl Hole, Crystal, Divina de Campo, Gothy Kendoll, Scaredy Kat, Sum Ting Wong, Vinegar Strokes and The Vivienne.
