This Restaurant is Flipping a Pancake Version of its Signature Kebab for Shrove Tuesday

Now Valentine’s Day is over, let’s get excited for the date we all really had marked on our calendars: Pancake Day. Still deciding the best way to enjoy the golden fluffy delights? Enter, The Hanging Pancake Kebab. 

The Botanist is bringing back its viral sell-out special for Shrove Tuesday, and pancake enthusiasts can get their hands on them for five days, from Monday 16th until Friday 20th February. 

Offering a sweet twist on their signature dish, the famous Hanging Kebab, The Botanist’s chefs have created two indulgent Hanging Pancake Kebab combinations to satisfy crepe cravings, each priced at £9.95.   

Mini American pancakes are hung from skewers and stacked up with a choice of two different toppings. Each one is served with a pot of sauce made specially to drizzle down the kebab. 

Sweet-toothed diners can opt for Strawberry & Vanilla Blondie, with blondie bites and fresh strawberries, served with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis, or Chocolate Orange, with chocolate brownie bites and fresh orange segments, served with vanilla ice cream and a salted chocolate butterscotch sauce – flipping delicious!
