MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL, WHAT’S THE FASTEST SELLING PANTO OF THEM ALL?

Newcastle Theatre Royal has announced two extra performances for this year’s pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, due to continuous growing demand. Almost half of the tickets available for the show, which opens on 25 November, have already been sold! Last year’s pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk, broke all previous records to become the most successful pantomime in the Theatre’s 177 year history. Over 92,000 people saw the show starring Clive Webb, Danny Adams and Chris Hayward, not forgetting the 168,000 hospital patients it was broadcast to. Already, over 50,000 tickets have been sold for this year’s pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, suggesting there’s another record breaker in store! The Theatre Royal pantomime starts earlier than any other in the region and already runs for the longest in the country. The two extra performances have been added on Sunday 18 January at 1pm and 5pm extending run by an extra day. Year after year Theatre Royal continues to be the fastest selling pantomime in the country and owe their enduring popularity to the massive talent of father and son comedy duo Clive Webb and Danny Adams, opulently dressed dame Chris Hayward, visionary producer Michael Harrison and amazing special effects produced by The Twins FX. Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs sees Clive and Danny celebrating ten years of pantomime magic at the Theatre Royal so the show is sure to be bigger and better than ever before. The production which promises another bumper season, jam packed full of fun and an abundance of comedy, is sure to be full of gadgets galore. With over 92,000 people seeing the panto last year, it’s a must to book your tickets early to get the best seats! Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs appears at Newcastle Theatre Royal from Tuesday 25 November until Sunday 18 January 2015. Tickets are available from £12 (a booking fee of 95p - £1.95 will apply to most tickets) and can be purchased from the Theatre Royal Box Office on 08448 11 21 21 or select your own seat and book online at www.theatreroyal.co.uk
