First Mortgage opens in Newcastle City Centre.

One of the UK’s leading mortgage brokers, FirstMortgage saw their expansion into England continue in January with their new branch in Newcastle City Centre. This is the second England office which follows the successful opening of the Gateshead branch in 2013. FirstMortgage offer a whole of market mortgage advice service and their impartial advice ensures their clients are getting the very best deal on their mortgage which is then backed by a ‘Best in Market’ promise. Philip McGuire, Mortgage and Protection Consultant commented on the opening of the city centre branch, “The opening of our Newcastle Branch in the city centre has come as a result of a successful 2013, with mortgage applications for the business hitting a 6 year high.” With the Help to Buy schemes, increased lending and the choice of mortgage deals now available from lenders now can be a great time to seek advice on your mortgage needs whether you’re a first time buyer, buy to let investor or current homeowner. Philip continued, “We feel that the Newcastle Branch will offer our existing clients the flexibility of a more central meeting point and we hope to help a lot of new clients in and around Newcastle, especially with the ease for commuters to travel to the new office.” The new FirstMortgage Newcastle branch is located on 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, if you want to find out more about how much their independent whole of market mortgage advice can save you then you can make an enquiry on 0191 229 9744.
