Fentimans and Fenwick to Mark End of Summer with Roof Thirty Nine Closing Party
Fentimans and Fenwick are set to host Ultimo Aperitivo – a closing party for guests to mark the end of a fantastic summer up on Roof Thirty Nine by Fentimans and Fuego on Friday 25th September.
The rooftop event will take place in two sessions between 2:00pm – 4:30pm, and 5:00pm – 8:00pm, offering a chance to enjoy elevated drinks and dining throughout the day. Beat Boutique will provide the soundtrack as guests soak up the last of the Mediterranean vibes and al-fresco atmosphere which the rooftop has provided Fenwick customers across the summer.
Tickets are priced at £50 per person, which includes a Fentimans cocktail, large plate and a side, plus the live DJ set from Beat Boutique, creating the ultimate summer send-off for Roof Thirty Nine by Fentimans and Fuego which officially closes its doors for the season on the 25th September.
Guests are required to pre-order their dishes upon booking, with a variety of delicious Fuego favourites available to enjoy. Diners can pick from a vibrant selection of large plates including the Fuego Burger with manchego, basque sauce, rocket and patatas bravas, Coal-Roasted Bream with Sicilian salad and Salmoriglio dressing, Aubergine Siniya with grilled aubergine, tahini sauce, lemon yogurt, pine nuts and crispy onions, and Chicken Souvlaki and Halloumi Skewers with fattoush salad, harissa and garlic labneh.
A menu of small plates will also be available to choose from including Patatas Bravas with roasted garlic aioli and Fuego seasoning, Heirloom Tomato and Samphire Salad with melon ajo blanco, Courgette, Apple, and Ibores Salad with chardonnay dressing, and Charred Broccoli with tahini and hazelnut dukka.
Guests will receive a Fentimans cocktail on arrival and can pick from an expertly crafted drinks list, including some of the bestselling summer spritzes such as the Fentimans Rose Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Elderflower Spritz and Valencian Aperol Spritz. Other cocktails will include the Raspberry Daiquiri Granita which pairs rum, lime juice, raspberry syrup and Fentimans Raspberry Lemonade, Paloma de Sol which combines tequila, lime juice, gomme syrup and Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water and the Golden Hour which features Fentimans Sicilian Lemonade, yuzu, honey and tequila.
