Exclusive chance to taste the famous Vietnamese Banhmi… for free!

If you’re in and around Newcastle City Centre this Thursday, 15 October, you’re in for an Asian treat that many Geordies may not have experienced before! The famous Vietnamese Banhmi Sandwich will be given out for free when soon-to-open Time Banhmi hands out 100 delicious, freshly made Banhmi sandwiches (on a first come, first served basis) at Chom Baguette and Café, 81 Clayton Street from 11am-2pm.
The Banhmi is a hot Vietnamese baguette, traditionally baked with both rice and wheat flour and filled with a variety of Vietnamese ingredients such as meat, pickled vegetables, and chilli. So if you’re bored with the same old lunchtime routine and want to experience a new and exciting taste, this is your real chance!
Time Banhmi, Newcastle’s very first Vietnamese sandwich bar, is due to open in Newcastle City Centre this December.
