Calum Scott Confirmed as Support for Emeli Sande

Brit Nominee and bestselling British Breakthrough Solo Artist of 2016 Calum Scott joins Emelí Sande on tour this Autumn!

Calum Scott has been chosen as Emeli Sandé’s main support on her upcoming October arena tour, including her date at the Metro Radio Arena on the 17th October 2017.

The breakout U.K. artist, singer and songwriter’s poignant version of Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own” has become a global sensation selling over 4M copies worldwide.

The song was the best-selling U.K. single of 2016 by a British solo artist and was nominated for a Brit Award for Best Single.

Calum recently wrapped up his first U.S headline tour, selling out shows across the country.  While in the States he performed on Late Night with Seth MeyersThe Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America and Dancing With The Stars.

Calum recently released his new original song and Radio 1 Track of the Day “Rhythm Inside” which is already approaching 20M streams worldwide and is featured on Matrix & Futurebound’s new track “Light Us Up” out now.

Writing with hand-picked collaborators at the legendary studio in Capitol Towers, Calum is currently at work on his debut album coming out later this year via Capitol Records US / Virgin EMI UK. He’s already recorded tracks with Fraser T Smith (Adele), Wayne Hector (One Direction), Steve Robson (James Bay) and Jimmy Hogarth (Amy Winehouse).

It’s been an incredible story for the singer songwriter from Hull. Scott has the kind of stats that’s led to him becoming one of the biggest names to watch in 2017.  Scott is a formidable artist who has already proved he has instant likability, a fervent fan base as well as staying power by resolving to alchemise his Britain’s Got Talent “failure” into personal gold.
