Andy Hook, owner of Blackfriars said: “As we’re now in week nine of lockdown, we want to start making gradual steps towards what we hope will be a reopening sometime in July. We’ve been incredibly grateful of the messages of support we’ve received throughout lockdown and want to give something back. We thought the time was right to launch our delivery and collection service to give our loyal customers a bit of Blackfriars’ award-winning food at home. And then in the coming weeks and months, as it is safe to open the restaurant, we will offer both the in-restaurant experience and takeaway service. We have also rescheduled our themed wine lunches and dinners, cookery classes and Tastings to later in the summer”.
The restaurant will be abiding by all health and safety guidelines for collection and delivery and will only be taking online payments.
