BBQ on the Beach

To mark the start of the summer holidays Metro Radio, NE1’s Quayside Seaside and Malmaison Newcastle bring the region 'BBQ on the Beach' - right next to the River Tyne and bustling Quayside this Monday 20th July*. Radio presenter Brian Moore will broadcast his show live on NE1's Quayside Seaside between 11.00am and 2.00pm.  Thanks to NE1 and The Malmaison the first 100 people will receive a free burger off the sizzling BBQ cooked to order by The Mal's head chef! The BBQ starts at 12 Noon. All you have to do is show up and quote the keyword Metro Radio presenter Brian Moore will mention on air between 10am and 12.00pm on his show on Monday morning to claim your free food. With deckchairs, palm trees, pretty beach huts and golden sand, NE1’s Quayside Seaside has transformed the iconic riverside into a delightful, city centre surreal oasis.
