10,000 Tons of dirt will fill the Metro Radio Arena on Friday 7th February!

A first for Newcastle. The Garmin Arenacross Tour www.arenacrossuk.com is set to transform the Metro Radio Arena by transporting 10,000 tons of dirt in just 24 hours (taking place all day Friday 7th Feb) to build what can only be described as a hand crafted BMX track on steroids, for round 5 of the tour which kicks off at 3pm on Sunday 9th February
Local riders: Multiple British Champion, 32 year old North Eastern pro rider Brad Anderson and rising star 10 year old Buster Hart, youth rider from Wallsend will also be at the Metro Radio Arena at 11am to call for strong home support when they race in front of family and friends this weekend.
The Garmin Arenacross Tour is a killer mix of family-friendly, all-action indoor dirt bike racing and gravity-defying Freestyle Motocross set to a pumping soundtrack, lights and laser show.
