Explore the twisted mind of the serial killer known as "The Milwaukee Cannibal", Jeffrey Dahmer, with this one hour talk delivered by Crime Viral's founder and serial killer expert, Cheish Merryweather.
"It's a process, it doesn't happen overnight," the words of serial killer and cannibal, Jeffrey Dahmer, who murdered and dismembered seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991.
