Join in spooky half-term treats (without the tricks) this half term 20 October – 4 November at Life Science Centre
Children can visit Life Science Centre for FREE* this half-term so all little monsters can enjoy the frightfully good events on offer! Included in the admission price is the new live show How to be an Evil Genius and the 4D Motion Ride Frankenstein: Escape the Monster, where the on-screen action comes to life as you hurtle down a mine railroad as you try to escape! There are also plenty of hands-on activities, including the chance for children to make their own spooky haunted house to take away with them.
If you’re not afraid of the dark, head into our planetarium – the biggest in the North of England – for a show all about planets, called Alien Worlds.
Visitors can also explore an activity trail through the blockbuster exhibition Robots – then and now, developed by the Science Museum in London, before it leaves Life Science Centre a few weeks later.
With so much to do, Life will open an hour earlier than usual on weekdays during half-term, at 9.00am.
