GREGGS' VEGAN STEAK BAKE

GREGGS

Big news klaxon! Launched at the start of the year, we beat the queue and got our hands on one of Greggs' vegan steak bakes! This season's most anticipated baked delight has (finally) arrived in Greggs stores around the Toon - and it's going down a treat! It’s no secret that the store's vegan sausage roll has caused quite a stir around the UK, and now Newcastle’s very own bakers have released a delectable new concoction - the vegan steak bake! Designed to mirror the original steak bake’s classic flavours, it's made with up to 96 layers of light and crisp puff pastry, filled with slow-cooked onions in a rich, plant-based gravy. Delish! With 10 Greggs stores dotted across the width and breadth of NE1, there's no excuse to miss out! Make sure you pop out on your lunch break and give this little slice of heaven a try! You'll be amazed that it's vegan-friendly!

Prepare yourself for an evening of high-quality music as indie stalwarts, Bombay Bicycle Club, whistle into the Toon on their exclusive UK tour. It’s been a mammoth rise for the Brixton natives; since releasing their debut album 10 years ago, the band struggled to book performances in the smallest of bars. But fast-forward to 2020 and they're now are a famed band that have featured at Reading and Leeds fest, as well as regularly touring up and down the country playing in the UK's biggest venues. Arriving in NE1 to celebrate the release of their new studio single ‘Eat, Sleep, Wake (Nothing But You)’ and perform a range of classics from their back catalogue, make sure you book your tickets now and enjoy an unforgettable night of indie bangers!
