FABLES AND THE NATURAL WORLD

26 February

The Great North Museum is inviting families to stop by to write their own short moral tales and poems based on local wildlife. During this fun and informal workshop, writer Jenna Clake will use Thomas Bewick's illustrated editions of 'Fables' as a starting point to help you think about how animals, their characteristics and mannerisms can inspire our own writing. Writing materials will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own!
