Merchant Quarter Revival
NE1 are bringing a brand-new event to the city! Bustling with a vibrant celebration of the city’s best bakers, makers and shakers, visitors can enjoy 30 different vendors selling everything from cakes and breads, to clothing and records! Taking place at historic sites such as the Bigg Market, Cloth Market, Newcastle Castle and Newcastle Cathedral, visitors can also enjoy live entertainment from some of the city’s best musicians!
Dragon Boat Race
Head on down to the Quayside as the first ever Dragon Boat Race comes to NE1! Why not gather the gang and watch these stunning boats go by. With plenty of Quayside Seaside fun to get involved in too, we can't wait for the weekend!

Summer Nights season at Tyneside Cinema is back! Cranking everything up to eleven with a special screening of This Is Spinal Tap, join England’s loudest rock band as they prepare to make a comeback into the world of rock 'n’ roll!
