Fenwick unveils Arthur's Restaurant & Music Club

To celebrate Fenwick’s 140th anniversary, the parade of decadent events continues in Newcastle as they uncover a exclusive new Restaurant and Music Club.

Arthur's, named after Arthur Fenwick, son of founder John James Fenwick, will be hosting a series of music and dining experiences throughout the year. Adorned in opulent velvet, the restaurant and music club is a celebration of Arthur's vivacious passion for discovery and entertaining. Arthur's promises to transport and delight with its ever-changing repertoire of events - whether you're soaking up a show, enjoying a dinner date with a difference or simply indulging with a devilishly delicious afternoon tea next to the grand piano. Arthur’s is the place to be!

Monthly Themed Events

Arthur's will play host to monthly themed events which will take place on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm until 10pm. Each event will offer a curated menu and entertainment, take a look at some of the themes below

• 3rd & 4th June: Jubilee Extravaganza
• 1st & 2nd July: Havana Nights
• 22nd & 23rd July: Let's Cabaret
• 26th & 27th August: DJ Beats
• 23rd & 24th September: Future Sounds

Weekend Afternoon Tea

Fancy celebrating in the afternoon? Arthur's will be transformed into an elegant oasis of tea and cake, accompanied by a talented live pianist on select weekends throughout the year.
Start the experience with your choice of Fenwick blend tea or ground Arabica coffee, or a flute of bubbly with their Sparkling Afternoon Tea, followed by delicately prepared sandwiches with a variety of fillings that offer a twist on the traditional flavours. When it comes to the sweet stuff, Fenwick 140 Circus inspired fine patisseries are the perfect serve alongside the their miniature scones, which are ready to welcome layers of creamy clotted cream and a generous dollop of Fenwick's very own jam – are you hungry yet?

Arthur's Afternoon Tea will be served from 12pm until 4pm on select Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year and is priced at £25 for an Afternoon Tea and £32.50 for a Sparkling Afternoon Tea. To book your experience, click here.
