Join in a fun and interactive cooking session on 10th November 2018 at Blackfriars. Overseen by one of Blackfriars top chefs you will be shown some basic and fundamental techniques including the importance of cooking at the right temperature and how to extract the maximum flavour from your food.
You will be shown how to make delicious dishes such as a soup, simple bread, a creamy risotto, a hearty stew and a delicious dessert all to be enjoyed as a communal lunch. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun. The course will run from 9:30am to 4.30pm and cost £99 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine and coffee in the cookery school, your own apron and recipes to take home.
