Lauren Stone and Liberty Hodes have been teaming up since 2017 bringing us the best female stand-ups in and outside the region. Their almost monthly comedy nights have proved hugely popular, showcasing a diverse range of emerging and established female comedians.
Liberty Hodes is a comedian, live performance artist and Chelsea College of Art graduate making big, bright, visually bewildering work about the everyday, pop culture, soap operas, B-Movies, house-wives, sarcasm, shark attacks, hope and dreams (forgotten).
Lauren Stone looks a bit like an owl that flew into a window, and sounds like something very sad has happened. It hasn't. She is a stand-up comedian with a special fondness for jokes about snacks, street hassle and touch-sensitive lamps.
