Start with a stroll
Start off the year with a nice stroll down the Quayside. Take in the glorious and iconic sites of our very beautiful city while enjoying some nice fresh air. Rest up at the relaxation stations and people watch - there certainly will be a lot to see!
On Your Skates
Get laced up and on the ice, make the most of the ice rink before it leaves us for another year. You’ll be spinning, twirling and laughing out of control. Fun for all the family and friends to enjoy. £7.50 from 10am to 6pm.
Fill Up
There’s nothing quite as satisfying as carbs after a big night out or just to fill up your tum. Keep up the festive feasting (it’s still Christmas time until tomorrow after all) at Bella Italia in Eldon Square. Swirl up some yummy pasta or tear into a tasty cheesy pizza. Whatever you fancy there is something to conquer your cravings with lots of hearty Italian deliciousness.
New Year’s Day in Vienna
The party isn’t ending at the Sage where you will whirl your way into 2018 with the Royal Northern Sinfonia. Get waltzing along to the beautiful beats as you celebrate the beginning of a brilliant New Year. Why not pop to the Brasserie for a scrumptious feast, two courses for £27 or three for £30. Tickets £13 at 3pm.
