The Terminal Velocity of Snowflakes

Nina Berry’s exquisite play The Terminal Velocity of Snowflakes returns to Live Theatre this winter. Beginning on a cold winter day the play tells the story of a young boy and girl who meet in Heaton Park amidst glistening snowfall. Their lives are shown in many places, from youth to old age, from Trafalga Square to Heaton Park as they mature from infants to adults. A lovely coming-of-age play that reminds the audience of growing up and falling in love all over again.

A snowy stage and a heart warming story all told through dance, song and original live music by Frank Moon. Cold, hungry and with only a single match left to keep her warm she is guided by a vision of her Grandmother into the night sky all the way to the moon leaving behind her troubles as she shoots through the sky.
