Newcastle’s leafy green hang-out has a fabulous alcohol-free cocktail menu, but our favourite has got to be the Cucumber and Rosemary Cooler. Living up to its name, it keeps its cool with the refreshing taste of cucumber, infused with a beautifully herby hit of rosemary. With just a splash of sugar syrup to sweeten the deal, its notes of lime, apple and elderflower will leave you feeling fresh. Sophisticated sipping at its best. £4.50
LOLA JEAN’S MEXICAN COLA FLOAT
Nothing says summer like the taste of a cola float, and Lola Jeans is killing it. Ice cold vanilla ice cream is mixed with Jarritos Mexican cola, with an energising espresso shot thrown in for good measure. Saintly sippers can’t go wrong with the mocktail menu of Quayside classic the Pitcher & Piano. Their julep is a light and fragrant little drink that merges green tea with wonderfully clean notes of mint and ginger. Coming in at under £4, it’s cheaper and healthier than a classic cocktail, idea for summer health kickers and designated drivers. Cheers to that! £3.50
REVOLUTION’S RASPBERRY LEMON LOVIN’
Fans of the fizz will love this sparkling mocktail from the master mixologists over at Revolution. Featuring soda poured over tangy crushed raspberries alongside fresh lemon for that citrus burst, it’s sure to get you happy and hangover free in no time. The buzzing atmosphere of the ever-popular Rev’s is the cherry on top of this tee-total treat. £3.95
