Mains

Open Lasagne (V) with sauteed wild mushrooms, layered with wilted spinach and a creamy sauce.

The Hudson Burger with Monterey jack cheese, brioche bun, relish and dill pickle.

Lemon Thyme Pork Chop (GF) with braised fennel and orange and tarragon emulsion.

Roast Chicken Ceasar Salad with lemon and garlic roast chicken supreme, soft boiled egg, crisp romaine lettuce and shaved parmesan. 

8oz Himalayan Salt Aged Beef Fillet, with roast tomato, field mushrooms and watercress (£10 supplement).

Sticky Toffee Pudding with infused pecan and toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie with toffee popcorn and raspberry sorbet.
