Swedish Massage

The most popular massage. This relaxes the full body increases the flow of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, increasing overall circulation and flexibility all whilst easing tension and bringing on a state of complete relaxation.

Aromatic Massage

With use of essential oils to warm the skin, which also increases overall circulation, this massage encourages the elimination of toxins from the body which speeds up recovery time from any injuries and illness. As the circulation increases, the oils are absorbed through the skin and carried round the body, allowing their healing effects to permeate to all the major body organs.

Deep Tissue Massage

Similar to the Swedish Massage but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
