Tofu Tikka (vegetarian and vegan) - Cubes of Tofu marinated in garlic, ginger and Punjabi spices and lightly fried and served with jewelled salad
Gunpowder Chicken (dairy) - Pieces of Chicken marinated in a garlic, ginger and Punjabi spice marinade. Served with a jewelled salad and topped with Yoghurt, Mint Chutney and Tamarind Sauce
Punjabi Fried Chicken ( dairy, gluten ) - Pieces of Chicken, marinated in Bobs secret spices and coated in breadcrumbs and lightly fried, served on a jewelled salad.
Machi Tikka ( gluten) - Pieces of Haddock marinated in Punjabi spices and coated in a gram flour batter and lightly fried and served with a jewelled salad
Garlic Prawns ( dairy ) - King Prawns marinated with garlic, ginger, yoghurt, chilli, lime and spices. Cooked in the tandoor and served on a bed of jewelled salad
Achari Salmon Tikka ( dairy ) - Pieces of Salmon marinated in yoghurt, garlic, ginger and pickling spices served on a bed of jewelled salad
Minted Lamb Tikka ( dairy ) - Pieces of Lamb cooked in the tandoor and marinated with garlic, ginger, spices, mint and yoghurt served on a bed of jewelled salad
Shammi Kebab ( gluten ) - Minced Lamb and lentils marinated in dry spices with garlic, ginger, chillies and coriander. Served on a bed of jewelled salad.

Tea Soaked Chickpeas ( vegan ) - Jatinder’s tea soaked chickpeas are so full of flavour, cooked in a medium spiced onion and tomato based sauce
Tofu Tari Wala ( vegan ) - Pieces of Tofu marinated in spices and served in a medium spiced onion and tomato based sauce.
Mum’s Chicken Curry - Pieces of Chicken cooked in Jatinder’s secret spices and cooked in a medium spiced sauce
Dad’s Lamb Curry - Pieces of Lamb and potatoes cooked in Mohan’s secret spices with fresh ginger, coriander and fresh chopped chillies
Aunty’s Prawn Curry - King Prawns cooked with chicken stock in an onion and tomato based sauce with fresh baby spinach, fresh ginger and coriander
Machi Kashmiri - Pieces of Haddock cooked in Kashmiri spices in a rustic onion and tomato based sauce
