Black pudding with apple and sweet piquillo pepper sauce

Chorizo cooked with cider served with very thin chips

Presa ibérica pork on our Japanese barbecue with seasonal mushroom brandy sauce and roasted cherry tomatoes 
 
Low temperature cooked Cod with honey muselina (Soft ali oli with cane syrup ) and pisto (Slow cooked vegetables)

Grilled calamari served with mashed potato, garlic, smoked pancetta and green beans
