Cod Pakoras - bite sized pieces of cod in onion bhaji batter, served with a pot of coriander and mint dip, a wedge of lime and a chopped spring onion and coriander garnish.
Mushy Pea Fritters - homemade mushy pea fritters covered in crunchy seaweed batter and drizzled with creamy wasabi mayo. Garnished with chopped spring onion, coriander and a wedge of lime.
Katsu Chicken Goujons - chicken fillets coated in panko breadcrumbs, served on a bed of baby leaf salad with lashings of sweet curry sauce, chopped spring onions, fresh coriander and a wedge of lemon.
Proper Dirty Burger - a burger patty made using the finest chuck and brisket, grilled using a charcoal grill and topped with red Leicester. Served in a brioche bun with baby leaf salad, a slice of tomato, thin slices of pickled gherkin, lashings of dirty mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on the side. Served with an add-on of your choice!
Mac 'n' Cheese Burger - Everyone's favourite comfort dish! Macaroni bound in rich mature cheddar cheese, seasoned with a pinch of smoked paprika and French's mustard, formed into a patty and coated in British panko. Served in a lightly toasted bun with a proper slice of beef tomato, baby leaf salad and lashings of dirty mayo. Served with twice cooked chips.
Inka Grilled Cod - Delicious white fillet of cod, cooked in a charcoal grill, served with sweet potato mash, confit button mushrooms and a tomato and herb salsa.
George's Meets Geordie Saveloy Pie - Slices of saveloy sausage layered in a crisp pastry case with George's traditional mushy peas, pork-sage and onion stuffing and onion gravy, topped with a caremalised onion crumble. Served with twice cooked chips, a side of homemade onion gravy and a pot of Newkie Brown salt.
Cod Dog - crispy battered giant cod finger in a brioche bun with a layer of mushy peas and a topping of chunky tartare sauce. Served with an add-on of your choice!
Small Ocean Wild Cod - 100% sustainable tender fillet of cod sourced from the clear waters of the Norwegian and Icelandic seas. Served with twice cooked chips, chunky tartare sauce and a few pickles.
Doughnuts - fresh homemade doughnuts with a chocolate dipping sauce, raspberry dipping sauce and candyfloss on the side.
Warm Gooey Chocolate Orange Tart - warm melt-in-the-middle chocolate tart, flavoured with orange and served with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and a Cadbury's flake.
Apple Caramac Higgledy-Piggledy Crumble Pie - British bramley apple and caramac pie with a higgledy-piggledy crumble top, salted butter caramel sauce and a good dollop of vanilla ice cream.
