Terrine de Poulet – Smoked chicken and herb terrine with shallot and raisin chutney, baby watercress and chargrilled sourdough
Mackerel Rillettes – Homemade pâte of sustainably sourced smoked mackerel, crème fraiche and horseradish, with chargrilled sourdough
Panier de Champignons - Sautéed chestnut mushrooms in a cèpe and garlic sauce, served in a vol-au-vent
Soupe de Saison – Asparagus and watercress soup with crème fraiche and baby watercress, served with sourdough
Mains
Moules – Half kilo of sustainably grown mussels with basil and pine nut pesto, shallots, and white wine, served with frites
Summer Salad – A summer salad of frisée, baby watercress. Radishes, carrots, orange segments, pickled fennel, walnuts and lightly torn beech wood smoked Barbary duck, with French vinaigrette
Tarte de Saison – Homemade black olive shortcrust pastry tart with courgettes, red peppers and Emmental cheese, served with house salad
Porc Schnitzel – Breaded pork fillet served with celeriac and white cabbage slaw, baby watercress and frties
5oz ‘Minute Rump’ – 35 day aged British rump steak served with frites or house salad, garlic butter available on request (Sauces available for £2)

Torte au Chocolat (V) – French chocolate torte with vanilla crème fraiche
Lemon Posset (V) – Served with an almond tuile
Summer Berry Parfait (V) – Raspberry parfait, served with strawberry compote
