Celebrate graduation with Browns and you can get three courses and a glass of prosecco for £29.95.

For starters, you can have a choice of a shallot tart tatin with goats cheese, mushrooms and pesto. A North Atlantic prawn cocktail or a duck liver parfait with marmalade and toasted brioche. Or a pulled beef brisket croquettes with golden beetroot piccalilli.

Mains comprise of steak frites, roasted fillet of salmon, slow-cooked salted pork belly, mushroom tagliatelle, lobster risotto and a browns steak and Guinness pie. Options of sides are available as well.

Desserts are all vegetarian-friendly and consist of salted caramel profiteroles, creme brulee, fruit prosecco crumble and sticky toffee pudding.
